MALLI RAAVA Movie Review

Sumanth Akkineni is known for his films like Satyham who gave some stunning Love stories with a feel good touch. After his film Golconda High school this Akkieneni hero went into vein and was seen no where considering his range. After many years he is back with a love story titled MALLI RAAVA the movie is out into theatres and lets see how it made up

Lead Cast: Sumanth, Aakanksha Singh and others
Director: Gowtam Tinnanuri
Music Director: Shravan Bharadwaj
Producer: Rahul Yadav Nakka

This is such a simple love story that got a bud in school age went into great extent till the hero and heroine reaches their marriage time. Karthik and Anjali are school mate while Anjali comes from Mumbai to Razole to join this school on various reasons. Karthik on the first sight starts falling for Anjali and so does she too but later on their parents make them differ and Anjali goes back to Mumbai.

Later on after 13 years of their breakup Anjali meets Karthik at head office area and knows he is still in love with her. Later on movie goes how Karthik and Anjali united again and how they made their Love end into Marriage.

This is such a sweet and innocent story dealt well by director Gowtam Tinnanuri.

Sumanth and Actress Aakanksha Singh did her best . She was currently the new heart throb for her performance.

Team Manager of hero and hero’s friend Subramanyam aka Dumbu gets the special credit for comedy scenes.

Music is so soothing and cinematography too went very well. Director handled this so smoothly without a hurry.

Slow narration can be said best negative point for the film where in the bounce back of Anjali did not give proper reason for. Father’s character of heroine is not portrayed interestingly while few scenes of heroine reach Mumbai for Anjali, Parents divorce were trimmed off. Screenplay should have been more fast to engage to the mass audience as well. No commercial elements at all. Climax needs much better drama.

Finally, On the whole MALLI RAAVA is a cute, sweet and innocent love story which touches everyone who give value to their loved ones. Karthik’s admiration towards Anjali and Anjali’s response in the end shows how matured the Love stories have been these days. Gowtham Tinnanuri has got the nerve of urban Love Drama where in this one will surely goes connected to lot of us. Slow screenplay might be a bigger complaint but never mind, Love takes TIME for a clear understanding. Go for it, highly prescribed to those who are die hard fans of Love Sagas.
