Vemuri Radha Krishna, The Andhra Jyothi MD’s plea put down by Hyderabad High Court

Andhra Jyothi Managing Director Vemuri Radha Krishna Plea was downed by Hyderabad high court today. We already know Andhra Jyothi Managing Director Vemuri Radha krishna request to exempt him from appearing court in person about the defamation pending case at Hyderabad city Civil court.

But High court did not put any end to this and they trashed the reasons as well. The judge just turned down the plea and asked the ABN’s owner to be appeared before court in person without any failure. YSRCP MLA from Mangalagiri filed a case against News paper and its MD for putting out objectionable articles against YS Jagan after he met President and Prime Minister in 2016.

The case is stilling under pending mode. The court asked the three people Radha krishna, paper Editor K Srinivas and publisher Venkata Sheshagiri Rao to attend before the court but they skipped. Summons too set to their homes but MD asked special permission stating he cannot attend personally on this.
