‘No Compulsion of Retirement for Priests,’ assures YS Jagan

Slamming the leaders of TDP for their misuse of power, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy stated that one cannot announce retirement of priests unless they ask for it. He added that the priests are no government employees to get funds after retirement or to retire after certain age. It is a divine duty they offer to god and they should retire only when they are physically unable to serve.

“Head of the priests’ statements over Chandrababu Naidu define the Chief Minister’s hunger for power and wealth. No leader has taken such decision till date and it only proves their misuse of power when someone alleges facts about their government. No priest will be forced to retire and the decisions taken by TDP government will be altered if YSRCP comes to power in 2019 elections,” tweeted Jagan.
