Puri Jagannadh’s latest release Mehbooba turned out to be a dud at the box office and the veteran seems to have not realized how disappointed the audiences are. It is already clear that both critics and general audiences were completely unimpressed by the routine love drama.
Ignoring all the bad talk and reviews, Puri is still promoting Mehbooba along with his team by visiting the single screens in Hyderabad. Adding to it, he is even retweeting those who are praising the film and Akash on twitter. Watching all the helpless drama, Twitterati started trolling Puri for his desperate promotions and a few went on to slam him comparing his behavior to a scene in Neninthe where a flop film is praised by cinegoers in front of camera.
Puri Jagannadh in Mehbooba success meet stated that few of those who watched it had complained him for missing his mark. He further said, “People call it routine when I make films of my style. But then they point out saying I missed my mark when I make a completely new film.” Well sir, all we asked for was a refreshing story from you that has at least few logics and entertainment but not an illogical, immature flick.
