Kalyan Ram’s Naa Nuvve hit the screens two days ago and is now running towards a disaster. The romantic drama had decent expectations on it before the release but director Jayendra’s poor taking let the story down.
As per the latest trade reports Naa Nuvve has recorded all time lowest second day collections. The film collected not more than Rs 60 lakhs on its first day and the second day numbers are definitely a nightmare to the producer and distributors.
Trade analysts say that Naa Nuvve appears to give a tough competition to Nag-RGV’s Officer which is said to be the biggest disaster in TFI. Theatrical rights of the Kalyan Ram’s flick was sold to Rs 7 crores (approximate figures) and it seems that the film would struggle to collect even one fourth of it.
After bagging blockbusters with the Baahubali series, Tamannaah failed to carry the success streak and her followers seem to quite disappointed with her script selection. Hope she bounces back with the remake of Queen, titled ‘That is Mahalakshmi’.
